When Daddy was in the hospital Dean would sometimes take Karla and I to Salina to see him. Mom was staying in Salina. Or he would come out to the farm to see how we were doing. Sometimes I rode to ballgames with Dean and Jeanne Ann and Dee Ann. What I remember about Dean was that he liked to tease Karla and I. We were going through a pretty scary time. So it felt good to have him tease us. That is how I remember him, his laugh and the way the liked to tease people.

Terry, DeeAnn and Trudy - I was sorry to learn of your dad's passing. I have fond memories of your parents and all the school activities they attended. I remember them taking great pride in you three. May you find peace and comfort in your memories and in knowing you will see them again in Heaven one day.
