Edwin Brewer
Edwin Brewer, 56, of Salina died Monday, November 15th, 2010. Mr. Brewer was born in Fort Coffee, OK on March 6, 1954, the son of the late Ella Mae (Blocker) and Eugene Marion Brewer.
He was a former member of Loyd Memorial Church of God in Christ, he graduated from Salina High School in May of 1969, received his Associates of Arts Degree from Butler County community Junior College in May of 1971 and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Kansas Wesleyan on May 20, 1973.
Ed is survived by his daughter, Jamilla Brewer, Beverton, OR; sister, Rozetta Delt, Ft. Coffee, OK; stepmother Bobbie Brewer of Ft. Coffee; aunts, Alice Blaine, Spiro, OK; Bernice Blocker, Berkley, CA; Teresa Holloway, Fountain, CO; Bessie Johnson, Tacoma, WA; Velma Kursh, Ft. Smith, AR; Valene Parker, Ft. Smith, AR; Annie Thornton, Summit, OK; uncles, Carl Blocker, Salina; Dale Blocker, Dallas, TX; Doug Blocker, Wichita; Jerry Blocker, Ft. Smith, AR. He is preceded in death by his parents, aunt, Dorothy Elliott and brother Wayne Brewer.
Funeral service will be held at the at Mt. Triumph Baptist Church, Ft. Coffee, OK, at 1:00pm on Saturday, November 20th.
