Geraldine Ann (Gerry) Brotton
Geraldine Ann (Gerry) Brotton, 78, of Salina, passed away Saturday, April 23rd, 2011 at her residence.
Mrs. Brotton was born in Salina, Kansas on July 22, 1932, the daughter of the late Kenneth Colcher and Amelia (Jackson) Carlson.
She was a Homemaker and a member of the United Methodist Church of the Cross in Salina.
On June 22, 1952, Gerry married Roy Jay Brotton in Salina, Kansas.
Survivors include husband: Roy Brotton of the home; daughter: Deb Carsten widow of Terry of Stockton, Kansas; sons: Rodney Brotton and wife Connie of Auburn, Washington, James Brotton and wife Jolene of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; 7 grandchildren.
Gerry is preceded in death by her son-in-law: Terry Carsten
A funeral service will be held at the United Methodist Church of the Cross, Salina, Kansas, at 10:00 am on Thursday, April 28th, with Pastor Greg Lindenberger officiating.
Friends are invited to call Wednesday, April 27, from 9 am - 8 pm at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, Salina, Kansas.
Burial will be at the Gypsum Hill Cemetery Salina, Kansas.
