Jace was a wonderful, thoughtful young man. He was seeking God and purpose in his life. He was joyful because he knew was on the path intended. He was looking forward to and making plans for the future. He will always be remembered with love as a part of our family.

Jace was in my class when he was in 6th grade, and it seemed that no matter what kind of day he was having he had a good attitude and a smile on his face. He was pretty ornery, but I'd have been worried about him if he wasn't. I hadn't talked to Jace in several years, but in November I came across his facebook profile and sent him a message. He responded and told me that he had just got a call about a teaching position and was hoping that he got the job so he could start saving money for college. And even though his response was written, I immediately saw that same smile of his...just like the one in the picture above. The world is a little less brighter without you kiddo. It was an honor to know you Jace, and I will always keep you and your family in my prayers. My condolences and prayers to his family and friends. See you on the other side Jace!!
