 Jonny M. Plummer, 57, of Salina passed away Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Kenwood View Rehab & Health Care.

Jonny was born in Oakley, Kansas on October 23, 1954, a son of the late Margueritte (Cope) and Leslie  Plummer.

He was a high school graduate and attended some trade school  He worked as a painter and carpenter.

Jonny is survived by his brothers, Leslie L. and Tom Plummer, both of Oakley; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has been chosen and there will be no visitation.  Private inurnment will take place in Oakley at a later date.

    I am so sorry to hear of Jon's passing, and through my own fault, being so out of touch with the folks of Oakley, having just learned of this over a month later on Christmas. Jonny was a good friend of mine and we had many, many happy times during childhood and later years growing up. Sorry for the belated condolences.
