Melissa and family: We will miss Bill tremendously. He was a kind soul and very garcious every time we spoke. He is now among God's finest soldiers, making beautiful music and watching over you always.

I am sad that I missed the memorial service as I just heard the news tonight at an open jam with fellow musicians. Thank you Bill for giving this "kid" a chance to play music. I'll never forget your kindness. Love you brother.
