Frankie Leon Parker Frankie Leon Parker, 80, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, December 3rd, peacefully, at Pinnacle Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Kansas. Frankie was born in Salina, Kansas on March 8, 1933, son of the late Ella (Smith) and Tom Parker. He worked as a Postal Worker for many of years. Survivors include Sister, JoAnn Bess and husband Earle, of Indianapolis, Indiana; Brother, Donald T Parker, of Lyons, Kansas; Dearest friend, Betty Aills, of Salina, Kansas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Frankie is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Thomas Parker and George Parker; and his two sisters Marjorie Turner and Gloria Warner. At the family's request there will be no visitation as cremation has been chosen. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, December 9, 2013 at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home.
