Alberta Jeanne Robertson

Alberta (Jeanne) Robertson, 85, of Salina, died September 1, 2014. She was born January 11, 1929, in Salina, the daughter of Lawrence and Annettie (Miller) Cash. Jeanne was a homemaker. She was a graduate of Salina High School and Brown Mackie College. Jeanne was formerly director of Kidde Kollege Preschool and worked as office assistant for Dr. Marsh DDS. Jeanne was a 30 year member of Salina TOPS. She was a lifelong member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church and Church of the Cross United Methodist where she was an active member of United Methodist Women. On January 11, 1948, Jean married Arlo W. Robertson. Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Arlo, brothers Lawrence Cash Jr., Bill Cash and Carol Lee Cash, and sister Alice Cash. Survivors include two sons; Loren (Shirley) and Gary (Annette) of Layton, Utah; sister, Marilyn Johnson of Yuma, Arizona; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Church of the Cross UM, Rev. Michael Eurit, officiating. Burial will follow at Gypsum Hill Cemetery.
