Alice Edna Benfer, 87, of Marquette, Kansas, passed away Saturday, December 23rd. Alice was born in Roxbury, Kansas on July 16, 1930, a daughter of the late Rachel and Clifford Anderson. She worked as a homemaker, and she was the widow of Carl Benfer. Survivors include by two sons, Jimmie and Richard Benfer, of Gypsum, Kansas, and several nieces and nephews. No services are planned as cremation was chosen. The family requests memorial contributions to Salina Animal Services, 329 N. 2nd Street, Salina, Kansas 67401.
