Beaulah J. Knight

Beaulah J. Knight, 86, of Salina, passed away Thursday, October 17th, at Windsor Estates Nursing Home. Beaulah was born in Spartenburg, South Carolina on April 29, 1927, to the late Lois (Smith) and William J. Harris. Beaulah was a Licensed Practical Nurse and a member of the Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church. She was the widow of Walter B Knight, Sr. Survivors include children Timothy Franklin, of Las Vegas, Nevada, Anthony and his wife, Haiba Franklin, of Los Angeles, California, Clarence Franklin, of Salina, Evangeline K. McCormick, of Salina, Patricia Letcher, of Schertz, Texas, and Walter B. Knight, Jr. and his wife Tammy, of Shawnee, Kansas; as well as, grandchildren, Derrick (Ana) Franklin, Wayne Peyton, Shelby Franklin, Brian Franklin, Cameron (Michelle) Letcher, Ericka (Roberto) Salva, Cody Knight, and Caytlin Knight; and seven great grandchildren. Beaulah is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, sisters, and husband, Walter B. Knight. Visitation will be held at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, October 23. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8. A funeral service will be held at at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 24th. Interment will follow at Gypsum Hill Cemetery.
