Carolyn S. Lehman, 73, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, April 4th, 2023.
Carolyn was born in Salina, Kansas on September 2, 1949, a daughter of Jo (Freeman) and Bernard Cain.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Lehman; step-daughters, Melinda Capriotti (John) of New Jersey and Michelle Walker (Mike) of Norman, Oklahoma; and many grandchildren.
Other survivors include her nieces, Jennifer Hopkins, of Wichita, Kansas, Julie Banks, of Newton, Kansas; and sister-in-law, Judy Hammon.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Duane Cain.
Cremation was chosen and no services are planned.
