Cindy Dunning

Cynthia Dorothy Dunning, 67, of Assaria, Kansas passed away Sunday, September 19th, 2021 Cindy was born in Herington, Kansas on September 30, 1953, a daughter of Dorothy Ruth (Schubert) Kolle and the late Paul George Deines. She was the Lamp Group Operator for 29 years at Philips Lighting and also worked Customer Service at Clark Wellness. On May 18, 1996, Cindy married Steve Dunning in Salina, Kansas. Survivors include her husband, Steve; mother, Dorothy Kolle, of Salina; three daughters, Dahn Walker (Chris), of Hong Kong, China, Brenda Noer (William), of Leavenworth, Kansas, Bridget Brown (Chris), of Slidell, Louisiana; two sons, Shawn Clemmer (Karin), of Salina, Kansas, Paul Dunning (Sandra), of Hastings, Nebraska. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, Blayke Clemmer, Cierra Walker, Seth Clemmer, Hannah Dunning, Corbin Walker, Brianna Dunning, Gracie Dunning, Kai Walker, Gabriella Brown, Gidget Brown, Annelise Noer; sister, Paula Berg (Jerrold), of Salina, Kansas; and two brothers, Steve Deines (Sandra), of Pierce City, Missouri; Bill Deines, of Topeka, Kansas. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Elise Noer; brother, Bradley Deines, Larry Deines. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 pm, Friday, September 24, at Carlson - Geisendorf Funeral Home in Salina, Kansas. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, September 25, at First Covenant Church in Salina, Kansas with Rev. Mike Willich officiating. Burial will follow at 1:30 pm, at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Ramona, Kansas. Donations may be made to the Wellness Tote Project, sent in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S.
