Cora Lee (Frazier) Williams, 85, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, January 1st, at Stormont-Vail Health Care Center, Topeka, Shawnee County. Cora was born in Forrest City, Arkansas on March 31, 1934, a daughter of the late Ollie Lee (Williford) and James Hudson. She was a member of the Eastern Star, NAACP, BACOS, Martin Lutheran King Ad Hoc, Lay Speaker in United Methodist Church, formerly on the Commission on Aging, Served on the Accessibility Commission, PTA, Salina Gospel Voices, Mentor United Methodist Church, and formerly of Quayle United Methodist Church before its closing. Survivors include two daughters, Sandra Beverly, of Salina, Kansas, Lisa Augustine, of Irving, Texas; four sons, James Frazier (Cynthia), of Elk Grove, California, Bryan Frazier (Patricia), of Salina, Kansas, Michael Williams (Michelle), of Dallas, Texas, Tom Ward, of Salina, Kansas; 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her sister, Bertha Dixon. Visitation will be Friday, January 10th, 9:00 am - 8:00 pm at Carlson - Geisendorf Funeral Home with family present from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm, Saturday, January 11th, at First United Methodist Church, Salina, Kansas, with Pastor Susan Murithi, Rev. Delores Williamston, and Pastor Eric Malone officiating. Burial will follow at Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina. Donations may be made to the NAACP Salina Unit 4041 or Mentor United Methodist Church, in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S. Ohio, Salina, Kansas 67401.
