Donald Keith Wittman, 81, of Oskaloosa, Kansas, passed away Friday, December 17th, 2021. Donald was born in Topeka, Kansas on September 23, 1940, a son of the late Martha E. (Reedy) and Frank J. Wittman. Survivors include his daughter, Michelle L. Hancock, (Todd) of Topeka, Kansas; grandchildren, Amber Martinez (Zach Gilbert), Tiffany Ragsdale (Noah Swarts); great grandchildren, Macie, Zachary, Kenzie and sister, Katherine S. Frendt, (Tom) of Milltown, Wisconsin. Donald is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Wittman. Cremation was chosen and no services are planned.
