Madonna Lucille Gooden, 82, of Salina, passed away Wednesday, January 26th, 2011. Donna Damker was born in Vesper, Kansas on August 5, 1928, the daughter of the late Marinus and Nellie (Zachgo) Damker. She was a member of the University United Methodist Church and was a Cook at Kansas Wesleyan University, Salina, KS. Survivors include sons: Dan and wife Judy Gooden of Salina, Kansas., Dave Gooden of Salina, Kansas; sister: Helen Maupin of Salina, Kansas.; brother: Les Damker of Salina, Kansas. Grandsons: Adam Gooden and wife Justina of Salina, Kansas, Jared Gooden of Salina, Kansas, Seth Gooden of Gypsum, Kansas, Shane Gooden of Salina, Kansas and great-granddaughter: Raegan Gooden of Gypsum, Kansas. She is preceded in death by her husband: Robert Lloyd Gooden; brother: Dale Damker; Son: Donald Gooden Friends are invited to call Friday, January 28th from 9 am - 8 pm. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 28th from 6 pm - 8 pm at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, Salina, Kansas, at 10:00 am on Saturday, January 29th. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Salina, Kansas. The family requests donations to Kansas Wesleyan University Coyotes Baseball Team, c/o Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home.
