Earl Dean Kempton

Earl Dean Kempton, 85, of Salina, passed away Monday, December 26, 2016. Earl was born in Kingman, Kansas on May 31, 1931, a son of the late Reeta Mildred (Doze) and Earl Ellsworth Kempton. Earl was a Korean War Veteran and was a member of First Southern Baptist Church, Salina. Survivors include daughter, Pamela Bremenkamp (Tony) Bremenkamp, of Oberlin, Kansas; son, Bryan Kempton (Karen) of Salina; sister, Rosemary Miller (John), of Southhaven, Mississippi; brother, Keith Kempton (Carol), of Salina; 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Kempton; sisters, Geraldine Felton and Bonnie Waddle. A memorial service will be held at 10:000 am, March 17, 2017 at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Sunflower Adult Daycare, in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home.
