Edna Marie Thomas, 100, of Salina, passed away Saturday, April 15th, 2023.
Edna was born in Russell County, Kansas on December 8, 1922, a daughter of Julia (Steinle) and Charles Letsch.
Survivors include two daughters, Mary (Frank) Svaty Eichelkraut of Sacramento, California, Carolyn Hutchins, of Salina, Kansas; two sons, Gordon Svaty, of Grand Island, Nebraska; Kenneth Svaty, (Aileen), of Rowlett, Texas; 9 Grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; and her sister, Betty Nelson, of Topeka, Kansas.
She is preceded in death by her parents; 10 siblings; and her granddaughter.
Edna's wishes were to be cremated.
There will be no services. Burial will be in Russell City Cemetery, Russell, Kansas.
