Edwin E. Hobby

Salina, KS Edwin Eugene Hobby Edwin Eugene Hobby, 79, of Salina, passed away Saturday, August 23rd, at Salina Regional Health Center. Edwin was born in Princeton, Kentucky on May 23, 1935, to the late Elizabeth and Floyd Hobby. He worked as a Avionics Technician after his retirement from the U.S. Air Force. He was the husband of Jeanette L. (Koehn) Hobby. Edwin is survived by two daughters; Angie, wife of Jack Hagmeier, of Derby, Kansas; Becky, wife of Garrett Winn, of Salina, Kansas; three sons Brad, husband of Kristi Hobby, of Salina, Kansas; Todd, husband of Jackie Carlson, of McPherson, Kansas; John Hobby, of Salina, Kansas; brothers, Jerry and Shelby Hobby; sister Shirley; as well as 12 Grandchildren, and 2 Great Grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at Ray Avenue Baptist, Salina, Kansas, at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, August 27th, with Rev. John Day officiating. At the family's request there will be no visitation.
