Elsa Margarita Ramirez Elsa Margarita Ramirez, 83, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Sunday, August 11th, at her residence. Elsa was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala on July 20, 1930, daughter of the late Elsa M. (Kruck) and Fernando J. Ceberg. She was a member of the board of directors of the Guatemalan Tuberculosis Association, founder of the Guatemalan Diabetes Foundation, on the Board of Directors for the Pan-American Round Table, and a member of the Soroptimists Club. Survivors include her husband Ricardo Ramirez; five daughters, Aurelia Patricia Ramirez Ceberg de Earles and husband Peter, Elsa Margarita Ramirez Ceberg, Ileana Beatriz Ramirez Ceberg, Vivian Lorena Ramirez Ceberg, Maria Hickman and husband David; grandchildren, Ricardo Tejeda, Patricia Shaw, Richard L. Clifton, Amber Watson and husband Jon, Alexander Earles, Daniel Hickman, and Malerie Hickman. Elsa is preceded in death by her parents and a brother. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, August 14, at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Salina with Father Frank Coady officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 13, 2013 from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, Salina. The family will greet friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
