Salina, KS Fabiola Newell Fabiola Newell, 85, of Salina, passed away Thursday, July 12th, at Pinnacle Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Fabiola was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on September 26, 1926, to the late Lillian and John Major. Fabiola worked as a housekeeper and nanny. She was the wife of the late Quincy Newell, Sr. Fabiola is survived by sons, Quincy Newell, Jr. of Salina, and Bernard Newell, of New Orleans, LA.; 2 brothers; 6 sisters; 8 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 brother, and 1 sister. Cremation has been selected and memoial services will be held at a later date.
