Frances M. Sanner, 74, of Salina, passed away Sunday, October 29th, 2017 Frances was born in Manhattan, Kansas on March 31, 1943. Survivors include two daughters, Cathy, Tonya; son, Andrew; sisters, Martha; and brother, Ralph. Cremation has been chosen and no services are planned at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to Smoky Hill Rehabilitation, 1007 Johnstown, Salina, Kansas 67401
