Franklin D. Quillen, 83, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Monday, October 21st, 2019. Frank was born December 22, 1935 in Beloit, Kansas, a son of the late Charles and Florence (Irey) Quillen. He served in the United States Navy, and retired from Raytheon Aircraft after 22 years. Survivors include his two daughters, Tawnya and Jolinda; and his nieces and nephews of Salina. Cremation has been chosen and there will be a private family graveside service at Gypsum Valley Cemetery in Gypsum, Kansas.
