Gail Homer Hall was born on April 16, 1939 and passed away, at his home, on September 21, 2015. He was the fourth of five children born to Vestal and Mamie Hall in Luray, Kansas. Gail served his country as a member of the USAF and was awarded several awards and honors. After his time in the service, he moved the family to Luray, Kansas to begin farming. In December 2001 they moved to Salina, to enjoy their retirement. He married Carole (Becker) Hall on November 23, 1962 and she survives of the home. Gail is survived by his sons, Roger (Leeann) Hall and their daughter, Kjerstin, of Allen, Texas and David (Vera) Hall and their children Christopher (Tiffany) Hall, Ashley, Benjamin, and Addison of Newton, Kansas. His sister, Ellen Grantham and brother, Eugene Hall. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Verna Moore and Marjorie Hall. Visitation with the family will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, September 25 at the First Church of the Nazarene. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 26 at First Church of the Nazarene, with Pastor Jon Fillipi, officiating. Private family interment will follow at Russell City Cemetery in Russell. Memorial contributions may be made in Gail's name to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO BOX 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675, or to the Pregnancy Service Center of Salina, 104 W. Elm, Salina, Kansas 67401.
