Salina, Kansas Garland James 'Gary' Toney, III Garland James 'Gary' Toney, III, 62, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Sunday, March 16th, at Salina Regional Health Center, Kansas. Garland was born in Brooklyn, New York on July 3, 1951, son of the late Regina Trenchard and Garland James Toney, Jr. He was a member of American Legion Post #62 in Salina. Survivors include life long companion, Connie Wilson, of Salina, Kansas; brother, Dennis J. Toney, of Salina, Kansas; Half Brother, Robert Trenchard and wife Lori, of West Palm Beach, Florida; Half Brother, Garland Toney, of Washington; and Step Mother, Jacqueline Toney, of Inverness, Florida . He is preceded in death by his parents. No Services planned at this time as cremation has taken place. A Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home service.
