Huong Thi Lovelace

Huong Thi Lovelace, 74, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Monday, April 4th, 2016. Huong was born in Long An, Vietnam on July 2, 1941, daughter to the late Bong Tran and Nen Do Tran. Huong worked at the American Embassy in Vietnam during the war. She also worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant at Enterprise Estates Nursing Home, in the cafeteria at Salina Central High School, and in the Chinese Kitchen at the Planet Avenue Dillons in Salina. Survivors include daughter, Linda D. Lovelace, of Salina; sons David D. Lovelace of Salina, Hung Tran, Hiep Dinh, and Hoang Dinh, all of Memphis, Tennessee; half-sister, Kim Sen Tran, of San Jose, California; as well as 13 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, April 8, 2016 at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home. Funeral Services and a brief visitation will be Saturday, April 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home.
