James "Jim" Schweitzer

Mr. James Creighton 'Jim'Schweitzer, 56, of Hays,passed away Sunday, March 20th, 2011 at Mitchell County Hospital in Beloit. Mr. Schweitzer was born in Germany on October 23, 1954, the son of Robert and Nancy (Nolan) Schweitzer. Jim worked as a Regional Manager of Western Kansas for Pheasants Forever, and was also a lifetime member. He was the husband of Suzanne Rhea (Burnett) Conway. Jim was preceded in death by his father; and brother, Michael Schweitzer. He is survived by his mother, wife Rhea Conway; brothers, Joe, Marty, and Neil Schweitzer; and sister Kathy Schweitzer. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service was held at the at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, Salina, Kansas, at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 26th, with Carrie Grossman officiating.
