Jane Mayo Ferguson

Salina, Kansas Jane Mayo Ferguson Jane Mayo Ferguson, 88, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Monday, November 17th. Jane was born in Plainfield, New Jersey on April 10, 1926, daughter of the late Ethel (Morris) and Sterling Mayo. She was a professor of early childhood education at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, was a past member of P.E.O. and the Daughters of the American Revolution. Jane was a lifetime member of The First Presbyterian Church, in Metuchen New Jersey. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul E. Ferguson. Survivors include two daughters, Glenn Elizabeth Crowe and husband Jim, of Wayne, Pennsylvania; Nancy Duck, of Tolland, Connecticut; son, Paul M. Ferguson and wife Lynn, of Salina, Kansas; grandchildren; Daniel, Brett, and Peter Ferguson, of Denver, Colorado, Ryan Crowe, of Manhattan, New York; and Kelly Ascolese, of Maryland. At the family's request there will be no visitation. Memorial services will be held at a later date in Metuchen, New Jersey.
