Jerry Monroe Dix, Jr, 59, passed away Thursday, February 22nd, 2024.
Jerry was born in St. Louis, Missouri on July 23, 1964, a son of Linda Masterson Dix Cortouis, of Jonesboro, Arkansas and the late Jerry Dix, Sr.
Jerry was a true southern guy! He loved his Razorbacks, bologna and treet sandwiches, grilling, and, when he could, riding his motorcycle! Jerry was quick to be there for others, whether sharing a beer with a friend or supporting them when they were down on their luck.
Survivors include his children, Deven Rowland (Raymond), of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Jeriann Price (Donshay), of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Jerry Dix, III, of Abilene, Kansas, Olivia Dix, of Salina, Kansas, Quincy Dix, of Salina, Kansas, and Oscar Dix, of Salina, Kansas; grandchildren, Alexis, Brandon, Caitlyn, Eddie, Khristian, Jayce; and Jerry's best friend and former wife, Rachel Livingston (John), of Salina, Kansas.
Jerry is also survived by a sister, Terry Dix, of Nixa, Missouri; two brothers, Patrick Cortouis (Laura), of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Matthew Cortouis (Misty), of Strafford, Missouri.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Dix, Sr.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 30th at Lamone's Event Center, 701 Bishop St., Salina, Kansas.
