Jerry Pete Cherry, 82, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Sunday, April 25th, 2021. Jerry was born in Niles, Kansas on July 26, 1938, a son of the late Henrietta (Brown) and LaVerne Cherry. He worked for Vern Weis Construction. Survivors include his grandchildren, Tim Disney, Travis Disney; and his sister, Jackie Brumbaugh, of Roxbury, Kansas. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Patty Disney. Cremation has been chosen and no services are planned. Donations may be made to Smoky Hill Rehabilitation, sent in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S. Ohio St., Salina, Kansas 67401.
