Joan Marie Brockway

Joan Marie Brockway, 88, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Saturday, November 6th, 2021. Joan was born in Lincoln County, Kansas on May 15, 1933, a daughter of the late Flossie Merle (English) and Harry Milton Loy. On June 12, 1949, Joan married Archie Brockway in Barnard, Kansas. Survivors include her husband, Archie; two daughters, Sheryl Howard (Clare), of Salina, Kansas, Cindy Lou Altman (Ron), of Winfield, Kansas; son, Gregory Brockway (Cindy), of Salina, Kansas, 9 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers, Loren Loy of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Richard Loy (Carla) of Topeka, Kansas. She is preceded in death by her sisters, Norma Hanson and Arawannah Montgomery. Cremation has been chosen. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, November 12, 2021 at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home.
