John George Busboom

John George Busboom, 90, of Kipp, passed away, Thursday, October 18th. John was born in Fairbury, Nebraska on July 29, 1922, a son of the late Frances J (Baker) and Frank J Busboom. John was a member of Sigma Nu at KSU, Order of the Eastern Star Harmony #2, Grand Lodge A.F. & A.M. of Kansas Lindsborg Lodge #397, Salina Masonic Lodge #60, 32nd degree Mason, Scottish Rite Valley of Salina of Orient of Kansas; York Rite Council #9, Ellsworth, Isis Shrine, avid gym member at the Salina YMCA and Salvation Army Board. Survivors include a daughter, Georgianna Busboom, wife of Bruce Renouard and two sons, Bok Busboom and John George Busboom II and granddaughter Anika Gerols. A memorial service and Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
