John Siefker

Salina, KS John A. Siefker John A. Siefker, 89, of Salina, passed away Thursday, September 6th, at Salina Regional Health Center. John was born in Keswick, Iowa on April 20, 1923, to the late Hilda M. (Tanke) and August W. Siefker. He retired from Premier Pneumatic and was a member of First Southern Baptist Church. John married Alice Albaugh on April 29, 1948. She precedes him in death. John is survived by sons; Dwight Siefker and his wife Elaine, of Salina, David Siefker, of Lahaina, Hawaii; grandsons, Jonathan Siefker and Michael Vallis. John is preceded in death by parents; and wife, Alice. A funeral service will be held at the at 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 10, 2012 at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, With Reverend Mike Murray officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 6-8. Memorial contributions may be made in John's name to the First Southern Baptist Church, 2401 S. Ohio St., Salina, Kansas 67401.
