Julia M. Lynch

Julia Mae Lynch, 91, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Saturday, May 15th, 2021. Julia was born in Topeka, Kansas on December 21, 1929, a daughter of the late Grace Pearl (Palmer) and Frank Zahourek. She worked as a legal secretary for Frank Norton in Salina, a secretary at the Salina YMCA, and a secretary at Great Plains Manufacturing. Survivors include her two daughters, Kathi Baenig, of Topeka, Kansas, Karyn George, (Jim) of Manassas, Virginia; son, David Lynch, of Topeka, Kansas; 6 grandchildren, Michael Rouse, Nicki Furuiye (Paul), Becki Paton (Scott), M. Dawn Lynch, Kali Basnett (Jason), Christopher George; 8 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Lynch; son, Michael Lynch; sister, Kay Penick. Cremation has been chosen and graveside services will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to Meals on Wheels, sent in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S.
