Julie Maria Mangum Julie Maria Mangum, 44, of Salina, passed away Thursday, March 31st, 2011. Julie was born in Salina, Kansas on October 7, 1966, the daughter of Earl Cassel and Nancy (LeFan) Briand of Salina, Kansas. Survivors include daughters: Jessica Crawford (James) of Salina, Maggie Mangum of Salina; brothers: Harold Cassel of Minneapolis, Charles Cassel of Colorado Springs, Colorado, sister: Malinda Hoover (Shawn) of Salina and grandchildren: Holli Crawford and Carson Crawford A memorial service will be at First Southern Baptist Church, Salina, Kansas, at 4:00 pm on Saturday, April 9th, with Pastor Todd Weatherd officiating. The family requests donations to help with funeral expenses.
