Kenneth "Bruce" Parson

Kenneth Bruce Parson, 76, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Friday, September 8th, 2023.
Bruce was born in Salina, Kansas on July 7, 1947, a son of Lily Marie (Coffelt) and Harley M. Parson.
He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1968 - 1974.
Bruce retired from Everett's Trucking Inc. in Abilene.
Survivors include his wife, Vicki (Anderson) Parson; daughter, Melissa Parson, of Wichita, Kansas; son, Richard Parson, of Salina, Kansas; grandson, Landon; sister, Katie Dickerman, of Salina, Kansas; aunts, uncles, and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Bruce was a loving and devoted husband and father. He enjoyed fishing, building things, vegetable gardening, lawn care, cooking, among many other things.
Cremation was chosen.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, September 18th at Carlson - Geisendorf Funeral Home & Crematory.
Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Salina, Kansas.
Donations may be made to Gentiva Hospice, in care of the funeral home.
