Larry Allen Watson Larry Allen Watson, 72, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Saturday, May 31, 2014. Larry was born in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa on September 18, 1941, son of the late Marian (Bonser) and Welday Watson. He was in the National Guard for 6 years. After serving his country, he worked at Erickson's Auto Body for 25 years, then opened Watson Auto Body and operated it for 14 years. He also worked at Crossroads Collision for seven years. On June 4, 1967, Larry married Connie Webb at Salina First United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife Connie, of the home; daughter, Michelle Dunlap and husband Jeff, of Salina, Kansas; two sons Eric Watson and wife Kelly, of Salina, Kansas; Chris Watson and wife Shana, of Bennington, Kansas; brother Gary Watson and wife Rocio, of Ft. Worth, Texas; sisters, Wanda Hicker and husband Gary, of Olympia, Washington, Sheila Breck, of Indiana. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, Michala, Taygen, Myah, Trista, Tambryn, Taleigh, and McKynlee. He is preceded in death by brother, Welday Watson. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 3, 2014 from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm at Carlson - Geisendorf Funeral Home & Crematory. The family will greet friends from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm. A private ceremony will be held following the visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for Larry's grandchildren in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S.
