Lavelle Marie Urbanek, 47, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Monday, April 29th, 2019 Lavelle was born in Ellsworth, Kansas on September 10, 1971, a daughter of the late Ruth (Merril) Jackson and David Urbanek. Survivors include daughter, Diane Keller (Lance); sons, Jeffery Lance, Harley Lance; sister, Lorie Urbanek; brother, David Urbanek (Leasa), all of Salina, Kansas; brother, Richard Jensen. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Cameron Keller, Ethan Keller, Dylan Keller, and Lily Keller. No services are scheduled at this time. Memorial contributions may be made in Lavelle's name to the American Heart Association, in care of the Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S. Ohio, Salina, Kansas 67401.
