Lavelle Marie Urbanek, 47, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Monday, April 29th, 2019 Lavelle was born in Ellsworth, Kansas on September 10, 1971, a daughter of the late Ruth (Merril) Jackson and David Urbanek. Survivors include daughter, Diane Keller (Lance); sons, Jeffery Lance, Harley Lance; sister, Lorie Urbanek; brother, David Urbanek (Leasa), all of Salina, Kansas; brother, Richard Jensen. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Cameron Keller, Ethan Keller, Dylan Keller, and Lily Keller. No services are scheduled at this time.
