Marilyn Kay Kirch

Marilyn Kay Kirch, 86, passed away, at the home of her daughter, in Salina, Kansas, Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022. Marilyn was born in East Bethany, New York on October 31, 1935, a daughter of the late Winifred J. (Carlsen) and Howard G. Brown. Survivors include her children, Karen Groot (Dan), of Salina, Kansas, Doug Kirch, (Dawn), of Newtonabbey, Northern Ireland, and Diane Brownell, (Tim), of Springfield, Missouri. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jason Kirch of Northern Ireland, Steven Groot (Maggie) of Salina, Kansas, Kate Groot of McPherson, Kansas, Peter Kirch of Northern Ireland, Joshua Groot (Abi) of New Cambria, Kansas, Brian Kirch of Northern Ireland, Andrea (Andrew) Vesterberg of Minneapolis, Kansas, David Kirch of Northern Ireland; 2 great grandchildren, Melanie and Bethany Vesterberg. She is preceded in death by her husband, Merlin Kirch and sister, Audrey Fay. Cremation has been chosen. Memorial Services will be held in New York at a later date.
