Mark Alan Marcotte

Mark Alan Marcotte, 55, of Salina, Kansas, entered the gates of heaven on Friday, December 9th, 2016. Mark was born in Salina, Kansas on August 27, 1961, son of Patricia Ann (Gray) Marcotte and William Joseph Marcotte. He was employed as a Computer Systems Operator at Great Plains Manufacturing, Salina, Kansas for 27 years and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church Salina. Mark is survived by his mother, Patricia Marcotte of Topeka, Kansas; father, William 'Bill' Marcotte of Parkville, Missouri; daughter, Marsha Proulx, and husband Dan, of Ellicott City, Maryland; and sister, Michelle Marcotte, of Derby, Kansas. Visitation will take place Wednesday, December 14, 2016 from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm at Carlson- Geisendorf Funeral Home with family present from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. The Rosary will take place at 7:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, December 15, 2016 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Salina, Kansas with Fr. Luke Thielen officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Mt. Calvary Cemetery Salina, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Rehabilitation Services at Salina Regional Health Center, PO Box 618, Salina, KS 67402.
