Mark W. Denney

Mr. Mark W. Denney, 53, of Salina died suddenly Thursday, June 2nd, 2011, at his residence. Mr. Denney was born in Dallas , Texas on February 1, 1958, the son of Clyde W. 'Bill' and Vera (Powell) Denney. Mark attended the University of Wisconsin and worked as a geophysicist in the oil and petroleum industry. He is survived by his mother, Vera; daughter, Molly Lima; sister Jackie Sue of Washington state; brother, Dennis of Washington state; and his granddaughter Ella Lima. He was preceded in death by his father. Cremation has been chosen and at the family's request no services are planned.
