There will only be one Marvin Bradford, what a great husband, dad, grandpa, son, brother, and friend. Marvin is survived by his wife, Carol Bradford; sons, Terry Bradford and wife Sonja, Gary Bradford; daughter, Connie Bolte and husband Jeff; stepsons, Travis Cook and wife Duana, Eric Dundaroo; step daughter, Traci Cook and significant other, Chad Meservey; as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Marvin is preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Esther and Maxine. Marvin was never afraid to say his feelings or what was on his mind. Marvin loved stock car racing, hunting, guns, watermelon, rodeos, fishing, Pepsi, camping, auctions, animals of all kinds, and farming. Marvin is remembered for driving his stock car #30 and winning!! He was a true champ!! His trophies are on display at the race car museum in Chapman, Kansas for all to see. Then there is Dawson, Marvin's grandson, not only his grandson but his best buddy. As Dawson races around the race track in his car #30, his grandpa will always be his biggest fan. Marvin also loved Colorado, the elk hunting, the mountains, the tents, the cook shed, and the catch. Marvin's ashes will be spread at his favorite hunting spot in Colorado, in the mountains, watching the elk. Marvin's sunrise was September 3, 1944 and sunset was June 15, 2016 in Salina, Kansas. Please join the family in waving your checkered flag in honor of Marvin Bradford crossing the finish line in first place!! The Winner!! A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, Salina.
