Mary Frances Stephens

Mary Frances Stephens, 88, of Salina, passed away Wednesday, July 29th, at Salina Regional Health Center. Mary was born in Selma, Kansas on April 22, 1927, to the late Daisy and Lonnie Erhart. She worked as a Demonstrator at Sam's Club in Salina, for 16 years and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States Post #1432 and the Military Order of the Cooties Auxiliary Pup Tent 1 Missouri. She was the widow of Curtis Myron Stephens. Survivors include daughter, Marsha Dority and husband Dennis, of Lindsborg, Kansas; sons, Harvey Stephens and wife Vickie, of Greenwood, Missouri, and Charles Stephens and wife Debbie, of Salina; brothers, Lowell, Loyd, Wilbur, and Herbert Erhart; sister-in-law, Blanche Stephens; grandchildren, Joel Dority, Brandi Lubbe, Chad Dike, Brenna Moon, and Jessica Majors; as well as great grandchild, Justin Moon. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband Curtis, two sisters, and one brother. Funeral services will be held at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, at 12:00 PM on Monday, August 3rd, with Michael Eurit officiating. Interment will follow at Prairie Mound Cemetery in Solomon, Kansas. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
