Naomi Elizabeth Haunschild

Naomi Elizabeth Haunschild, 75, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Sunday, July 14th, 2024.
Naomi, who was also known as Beth, was born in Salina, Kansas on July 6, 1949, a daughter of Lois Lurene (Strait) and Glenn Jacob Deckert.
Beth worked at Sam’s Club for 10+ years and was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Westfall, Kansas.
Survivors include her daughter, Stacy Koster, of Cawker City, Kansas; five grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
Beth is also survived by her sisters, Kady Fischer (Dennis), of Westfall, Kansas, Thresa Dewhirst, of Salina; and her brother, Scott Deckert (Karen), of Tescott, Kansas.
Beth is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Haunschild; brother, Dee Deckert; brother-in-law, Marty Dewhirst; sons, Robert Oliver and James "Jim" Jacob; and nephew, Shawn Deckert.
Beth’s wishes were to be cremated and no services are planned.
Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, sent in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S. Ohio St., Salina.
