Norma E. "Tina" Talbot

Norma Elizabeth 'Tina' Talbot, 65, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Sunday, February 8th, at Harry Hynes Hospice in Wichita. Norma was born in Norfolk, Virginia on August 16, 1949, a daughter of the late Katie Virginia (Williams) Eichor and Ralph Bernard Bowden Sr. Tina worked as a telephone operator at Mowery Clinic in Salina, after working as a medical records clerk at Salina Clinic. Survivors include brother, Ray Dowell and wife Diane, of Salina, Kansas; sisters, Shelly McCoy and husband Allen, of Salina, Kansas, Beatrice Metcalfe, of Hutchinson, Kansas, Belinda Dowell, of Tampa, Florida; step sister, Debra Rehmert and husband Brent, of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 12th, from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm at Carlson - Geisendorf Funeral Home with family present from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, at 1:00 pm on Friday, February 13th, with Pastor Victor Halfmoon officiating. The family request that K-State apparel be worn because Tina love the Wildcats! Burial at Gypsum Hill Cemetery will follow.
