Paul Eugene Morgan, 53, of Salina, Kansas, passed away in his home on the morning of Tuesday, March 1, 2016. Paul was born in Cotton Valley, Louisiana on May 19, 1962, to the late Glenda M. (Edwards) Barber and Paul Morgan, Sr. Paul is the brother to Pamela L. Morgan of Shreveport, Louisiana, and to the late Dale Barber of Maquoketa, Iowa. On June 1, 2002, Paul married Marva J. Fetter at Jerry Ivy Park in Salina, Kansas. Survivors include his wife, Marva Morgan of the home; sons, Marvin E. (Ashley) Morgan, Jacob P. (Erica) Morgan, Casey R. (Michelle) Morgan, and Seth T. Morgan; and his daughter, Danielle M. (Saun) Morgan. Paul was 'Grandpa' to two grandsons, Peyton and Brody, and five granddaughters, Addison, Dalayne, Soyer, Cadyn, and Rylee. Paul worked for Long McArthur Inc., Salina, and for more than 25 years, operated his own business as a musician and sound engineer. Paul was well known in the community for his service to the Salina Arts and Humanities, the Smoky Hill River Festival, the Smoky Hill Museum, and the Stiefel Theatre. Memorial service will be held at New Community Christian Church, Salina, at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 12th, 2016, with Dave Henry officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Smoky Hill B.A.C.A. (Bikers Against Child Abuse), the American Cancer Society, or the Red Cross Organ Transplant.
