Pauline Kohler Donabauer Pauline Donabauer, 84, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Monday, October 7th, at Holiday Resort. Pauline was born in Beloit, Kansas on February 23, 1929, daughter of the late Hazel (Campbell) Burnette and Francis Bean. She was a seamstress at St. John's Military School, Salina, Kansas. She also worked at and owned many dress stores in Lincoln, Beloit and Salina. Survivors include a daughter, Pam (Kohler) Wessling and husband John P., of El Dorado Hills, California; two sons Lanny Kohler and wife Lynn Maddy-Kohler, of Salina, Kansas; Kevin Kohler, of Dallas, Oregon; sister, Phyllis Winder of Wichita, Kansas; brother, Bill Bean and wife Sharon of Colorado City, Colorado; She is also survived by Grandchildren, Harry, Jackie, Josh, Cody; many great-grandchildren. At the family's request there will be no visitation as cremation as has been chosen. An Informal Celebration of Life gathering will be held at the Friendship Center, 746 Commanche Ave, Salina, Kansas where the family will greet friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Sunday, October 13th, 2013. Memorial contributions may be made in Pauline's name to Hospice of Salina, 730 Holly Lane, Box 2238, Salina, or to the Hospice of your choice.
