Richard Harvey

Richard Harvey, 83, of Salina, Kansas passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2026. Richard was born in Salina, Kansas on February 15, 1943, to Hilda (Scott) and Earl Harvey.

Survivors include sisters, Julia Allen of Salina, Shirley Hawkins of California; brother, Danny Harvey of Salina; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his partner of 29 years, Dennis Byer; sisters Connie Gardner, Thelma Jean Harvey; and brothers Harold Harvey, Scott Harvey, and Warren Harvey.

A memorial service will be held in April by the family.

The family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice for all they have done. They were so loving and caring. We appreciate them so very much. We would also like to thank Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home for being so patient and understanding.
