Robert D. Ashbaugh, 74, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Friday, March 13th, 2020. Robert was born in Webster, Kansas on May 27, 1945, a son of the late Ruth (Mendenhall) and Elda David Ashbaugh. On May 27th, 1972 he married Kathy J. Meitler. She survives of the home. He is also survived by his daughter, Tina Dolezal (Dave) of Ellsworth, Kansas; son, Sherman R. Ashbaugh (Katherine) of Great Bend; brothers, Jack Ashbaugh (Vicki) and Dale Ashbaugh (Utanna) both of Hill City ,Kansas; sisters, Verla Hargrave (Jim) of Fruitland, Iowa, Shirley Most of Ellsworth, Kansas, and Jackie Hopkins (Rod) of Ogalalla, Nebraska; 10 grandchildren, one great granddaughter; and many nieces, nephews. He is preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Ashbaugh and Darrell; and sister, Sharon Gill. Cremation has been chosen and services will be at a later date.
