Robert L. Haynes, 61, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Friday, January 10th, 2020. Robert was born in San Mateo, California on July 13, 1958, a son of the late Donna Jean (Bell) and Eugene M. Haynes. Survivors include his wife, Sandra (Hinkle) Haynes; Half brother, Mick Haynes (Jacque); and half sister, Kitty Johnson (Gerry.) He was the husband of Sandra (Hinkle) Haynes. Cremation has been chosen and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
