Rodney "Red" Yost

Mr. Rodney D. 'Red' Yost, 57, of Salina passed away Tuesday, August 2nd, 2011 at Hospice of Salina. Mr. Yost was born in Henrietta, TX on August 6, 1953, the son of the late Paul and Opal Marie (Raburn) Yost. He worked as a Custodian at USD 393 in Solomon. He was the husband of Rhonda (Legere) Yost. They were married in Hays, KS on August 6, 1977 Rodney is survived by his wife, son, Adam Yost of Salina; and brother Paul Yost of Wichita. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial services will be at 8:00 a.m., Friday, August 5, 2011 at the Higher Praise Church in Salina. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rodney's family and sent in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S. Ohio St., Salina, KS 67401.
